Item Description
A classic and very showy combination specimen from the famous Elmwood Mine. Lustrous, translucent, fluorite cubes to 1.4 cm are aesthetically scattered on the starkly contrasting 3-dimensional matrix of lustrous, saddle-shaped dolomite rhombs. The fluorites have intense, stepped-growth faces, giving a flashy, scintiallating look and classic, darker purple, edge phantoms surrounding the very light purple cores. The large fluorite is pristine. Trivial cornerwear is noted on a couple of the smaller cubes. A very fine, older combination specimen from this noted locale. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
