Item Description
The color-zoning and highly unusual preferential crystal face etching/frosting of this striking and aesthetic Okorusu fluorite make for a dramatic small cabinet specimen from the Art Soregaroli Collection. The water-clear green interiors of the very glassy cuboctahedrons are surrounded by the very nifty edge phantoms of blue to blush to dark-purple. The water-clear faces and etched/frosted faces on the large 2.7 cm crystal look like Alien Eyes! The bright zoned colors and differential crystals faces really add pazzazz to this fine and uncommon piece. One gently bruised corner is noted on the large crystal, along with some periphery wear (mostly on one end), which certainly only have minimal impact to the high quality of this piece. Purple fluorescence. The piece has three fine display views.
