This is a classic Clay Center specimen with the color-zoned fluorite cube exhibiting a rich cognac color in the interior with near colorless edge phantoms and outstanding luster and gemminess. This piece is from the major finds a few years ago. It has fine display quality from multiple angles. A couple of bruised corners, a trivial bit of edge wear and a contact with no damage, per se, are noted. These can all be minimized by the display view. An highly representative example for the size.
