A striking and excellent color-zoned fluorite from the famous Minerva # 1 Mine. A beautiful, 5.2 x 3.1 cm, light blue cube with darker edge shading is water-clear and highly lustrous. The lightly frosted cube is dramatically perched on heavily etched, classic Minerva colored-zone fluorite --- dark purple over a yellow core. Glassy, tiny, golden-amber calcite blades on the purple fluorite are a nice accent. The cube is essentially pristine, having only very trivial edgwear on an out of sight back corner.
