Item Description
A beautiful and classic specimen of intergrown color-zoned fluorite cubes from this famous locale. The vivid sky-blue outer layer is dramatically accented by the rich purple edge phantom above the amber core. The lustrous, gemmy to translucent cubes, to 3.9 cm, have shimmering frosted densely stepped-growth faces, adding much character. The cubes up top have only a couple of gently bruised corners and the noted periphery wear is certainly only a modest detraction to this most colorful and excellent fluorite. Ex Larry Krause Collection. Classic Minerva fluorite valued at $500.
