Color-zoned Fluorite & Drusy Quartz (fluorescent)

Two impressive color-zoned fluorite cubes are aesthetically set on the sculptural large matrix with smaller cubes from the famous Xianghualing Mine. The pristine pretty variable green transparent to translucent cubes, 3.3 and 3.1 cm on edge, have striking sharp darker interior phantoms with satin luster frosted and etched crystal faces. The scattered smaller, lighter colored cubes and striking striated drusy quartz crust atop underlying green fluorite really enhance this showy and excellent combination piece from this well-known skarn-type Sn-Pb-Zn deposit, which has produced exceptional fluorite specimens. Bright purple fluorescence. From a private Chinese collection we bought during COVID, this may be old material although we are not sure. It is very unusual!
