Color-zoned Fluorite (Alain Martaud Coll.)

Item Description

A limpid, seafoam-green, fluorite cube has pretty, darker colored, interior zoning and shimmering, super-glassy, lightly scalloped, crystal faces on this excellent specimen from the famous Yaogangxian Mine. The shard of matrix is a nice accent. A bit of trivial edgewear is on one side and the back of the cube and is certainly not a detraction. This is very fine, contemporary classic material from this noted locale. From the collection of well-known French dealer and fluorite collector, Alain Martaud.
