Color-zoned intergrown fluorite cubes have striking rich purple edge phantoms over the starkly contrasting golden-amber interior on this showy classic from Cave-in-Rock. The cube faces have frosted pebbly surfaces. The attached matrix adds character. A cleaved corner, some bruising and periphery wear are noted, but this remains an excellent colorful classic. Valued at $400.
