Color-zoned Fluorite

Limpid, seafoam-green, fluorite cubes have striking, purple, interior zoning (two layers in the large 3.7 x 3.3 cm cube) and shimmering, super-glassy, lightly scalloped, crystal faces on this excellent specimen from the famous Yaogangxian Mine. The shard of quartz matrix is a nice accent. Periphery wear on the top of the piece is a modest detraction. This is very fine, contemporary classic material from this noted locale. The color-zoning is fabulous on the large cube. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON! This is an exceptional specimen, not just average quality
