Item Description

A fascinating and unusual large, complete all-around, compound cubic fluorite crystal with attached smaller crystals and very interesting color-zoning from the famous Erongo Mountains of Namibia. The striking lustrous crystals are transparent to translucent and have satin luster faces. The termination face is unusually concave, adding much character. Back lighting reveals the striking large interior phantom is a rich emerald-green to teal-blue and is encased in a gemmy, light green outer zone. The smaller crystals and one lower corner of the large cube are visibly enhanced with purple color-zoning. Modest purple LW UV fluorescence. An impressive, unusual and multi-hued color-zoned fluorite from the famous locale.
