Item Description

Classic, pretty, color-zoned fluorapatite crystals on large sculptural matrix from Panasqueira. The glassy, translucent to transparent crystals, to 2.3 cm, have blue-green centers grading outward to sea-green with nearly colorless terminations. Bladed muscovite, two generations of quartz crystals and tiny balls of microcrystalline pyrite cover the matrix and add form and character. The back has been sawed to enhance the display of this very attractive and fine combination piece. BETTER IN PERSON.
