A sculptural and rich colemanite specimens from the famous deposits at Boron. Glassy spearpoint crystals, to 1.6 cm, cover the striking 360-degree knob and adjacent porch on this excellent example from the Rob Sielecki Collection. Colemanite is an uncommon hydrated borate mineral found in evaporite deposits of alkaline lacustrine environments. The finest examples come from California and this is an excellent sculptural and rich example.
