Incredibly colorful and sparkly, these vivid, deep pink Cobaltoan Calcites cover the both sides of this striking specimen from the Kakanda deposit. Indeed, there may very well be Dolomite crystals mixed in, as well. The euhedral crystals range up to 7 mm across, and the luster is excellent. Finding a Cobaltoan Calcite with this rich of a color, gemminess, AND such good luster makes it a find, indeed. With such choice qualities, and both sides of the knob being completely covered, this is much better than you standardly find available.
