Item Description

An excellent display specimen of flashy rich pink, lustrous, translucent crystals of the very desirable cobaltoan variety of Calcite on matrix. Minor iron coating creates a rich orange hue on part of the display side. One of the most classic localities for the material, which has produced arguably some of the best specimens in the world. Unmatched color in the mineral world, and incredibly iconic for collectors.
