A cool and rarely seen, very sharp, highly lustrous, WATER CLEAR, soft silvery color, thin prismatic crystal of Clinozoisite. Rarely does one encounter Clinozoisite of this quality in this SIZE. I cannot think of another specimen of this material that I have seen with such amazing cystal clarity, yet gentle delicate elegance. The piece is from the famous "Alpine"-type clefts in Pakistan, which in many ways are identical to those of the Alps in Europe, which produce very similar specimens. One of the VERY few pieces of this material in this quality that I have seen from Pakistan. VERY DIFFICULT to photograph due to the high luster, clarity and thin nature of the specimen, better in person! Valued at $1500.
