Iceland is one of the great old classic locales for zeolites, and many were first found here in good crystals long before Indian zeolites came to market. A beautiful, doubly terminated, curved, pearlescent stilbite bowtie is aesthetically accented by a single crystal and a bit of matrix. This fine piece is from the most famous Iceland zeolite locality - Teigarhorn. Choice material from the Jaime Bird Collection. Classic, old-time material and very rarely available in this quality.
