Gorgeous, teal-blue fluorite rests atop the core of amber fluorite on this beautiful and classic, color-zoned, fluorite crystal from the famous Minerva #1 Mine of Illinois. This is one of the top colors for Illinois fluorite. The faces of the glassy, translucent cube have nifty stepped-growth and lightly frosted faces. The cube edges are very nearly pristine, with only super-trivial edge wear. This fine, older piece displays beautifully from three sides. Ex Roy Smith Collection. Seldom on the market in this color from the Minerva. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON.
