Item Description

A classic and beautiful, color-zoned fluorite crystal cluster from the famous Minerva #1 Mine of Illinois. The fabulous, variable pretty purple edge phantoms really accentuate the golden-amber interiors on these glassy crystals with nifty lightly frosted and etched faces. This striking specimen really has dramatic color zoning, better than most you see. The large cube is 4.5 cm and is very nearly pristine, with only one tiny spot of edgewear. Outstanding material from this famous locale. Ex Larry Krause dealer stock. Valued $750-850.
