Here we have a wonderful, large natural Citrine gem from Brazil with a beautiful "Pear" cut. This stone has a soft pastel golden yellow (un-heated / un-treated) color and is nearly eye-clean. I have not seen many NATURAL Citrine gems from Brazil over the years, let alone one over 100 carats ! It's just gorgeous in person. Citrine may be well known among gem dealers and collectors, but the majority of the material on the market has been heated to enhance or even CREATE the yellow color. For example, most of the commercial Citrine gems you'll find on the market started out as Amethyst and have been heated to turn them yellow. That is not the case with this big impressive stone.
