Item Description

A magnificent, very large natural Citrine gem with a beautiful "Modified Octagonal Brilliant" cut. This stone has a soft pastel golden yellow color and is only very very slightly included. I have not seen many NATURAL Citrine gems from Brazil over the years, let alone one THIS size ! It's just gorgeous in person. Citrine may be well known among gem dealers and collectors, but the majority of the material on the market has been heated to enhance or even CREATE the yellow color. For example, most of the commercial Citrine gems you'll find on the market started out as Amethyst and have been heated to turn them yellow. That is not the case with this "doorknob"-sized stones. Do not miss out on this one, it's the only one we have. Legitimately, this is stone retails for about $4,740.00 ($20 per carat), and you will be hard pressed to find another like it in your life, especially for such a LOW $100 starting bid. Enjoy.
