Item Description
A pair of very sharp, very lustrous, intense red crystals of Cinnabar nicely sitting on Dolomite on matrix. The largest crystal measures 9 mm. A pretty piece with good color when backlit, and they aren't as common as they once were. A classic specimen of this well-known material. This deposit accounts for 50% of all the mercury deposits in China!
