Item Description

A large and rich mercury ore specimen from this abandoned (2006) large open pit mine. Lustrous, translucent, rich red cinnabar crystals, to 3 mm, line numerous vugs on both sides of the matrix. Rich, showy and highly representative large material self-collected by Paco Gutierrez.
