Item Description

Attractive, blue-green, semi-botryoidal "tuft"-like groups of Chrysocolla with tiny orange Wulfenite crystals, creating an eye-catching overall specimen from the famous 79 Mine. I honestly don't know if we've ever had another specimen with this particular association from this mine before. It's a wonderfully colorful miniature, and if you're an Arizona collector, or a secondary mineral collectors, don't pass this one up. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#10146). Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record and the 50+ page article in the German Magazine "Mineralien Welt" November-December 2017).
