Chrysocolla replacing Native Copper (New Find!)

An attractive and exciting piece come which to us from a new discovery (2023) in Indonesia. A great specimen for any fan of copper minerals or pseudomorphs. We haven't been given a specific locality for the material, as our source overseas couldn't even tell us exactly where it was from, only that it was brand new and one of the local diggers brought it to the marketplace for sale. The piece features "spires" and "leaves" of Native Copper which were then coated / pseudomorphed by beautiful turquoise blue Chrysocolla. It's a really interesting specimen, and certainly different, so don't miss out on the chance to get your hands on something unique and brand new with beautiful color, form and aesthetics. I don't know if there will be more of these, and sometimes these kinds of discoveries can be very short-lived, though sometimes they produce specimens for many years.
