Rich lavender, juicy, translucent spinel crystals, to 1.4 cm, dramatically look like towers atop the impressive starkly contrasting large lustrous and translucent, subhedral burnt-orange compound chondrodite crystal. This is an outstanding 360-degree combination miniature from 1990s finds at this well-known Vietnam locale. Sections of the chondrodite are quite gemmy, adding quality and pizzazz to this fine combination. Rare!
