Chlorophoenicite is a rare Mn-Mg-Zn arsenate that is only found at a handful of world localities, most notably in the Franklin Mining District. This is an extremely rich, large example for the species and features a broad band of numerous sprays of white needles on a large ore matrix plate covered with a crust of calcite (fluorescent). Ex Gerstmann Franklin Mineral Museum and Richard Kosnar Collections. The Kosnar label states, that this is a "Magnificent "musuem" specimen" of this rare species". Value???
