Item Description

Chlorargyrite (an important silver chloride ore) and coronodite (Pb-Mn oxide) combination specimens are very uncommon from the famous Broken Hill deposit. This very rich and showy two-sided small cabinet is nearly solid lustrous, olive-green chlorargyrite with a unique coral-like form with three dramatically embedded parallel-growth lustrous gray coronodite stalactites. Rare and excellent older combination material from this historic locale.
