An excellent and aesthetic parallel-growth cluster of large spear-like crystals of oxidized childrenite, a rare iron, manganese, aluminum, phosphate. Interestingly, the crystals on the front have a matte-finish, while those on the back have some luster. The former dealer valued this important large compound crystal at $500.
