Item Description
A lovely small cabinet sized display specimen from the famous Picher Field locality in Oklahoma. While there are not a lot of species found in this area, the lesser-seen Dolomites are few and far between on the market these days. Beautiful pearly curved soft pink colored rhombs of Dolomite play host to tetrahedral metallic golden Chalcopyrite crystals on matrix. The largest Chalcopyrite measures 7 mm, and the largest Dolomite is about 9 mm. Great quality, virtually no damage. Despite the fact that there was a lot of these pieces on the market years ago, very few of them are out there now.
