This lovely and aesthetic specimen is highlighted by a dominant cluster of pristine, splendent, brassy yellow chalcopyrite crystals, to 2 cm across, perched high on a matrix of quartz and sphalerite. The colorless, glassy and gemmy quartz crystals reach 1.2 cm in length and the blackish brown sphalerite reaches 1 cm across. There are even a few brassy yellow cubes of pyrite reaching 7 mm accross. Overall a superb combination piece, displaying unusually well-isolated chalcopyrites! Ex. Urish collection.
