Chalcopyrite and calcite combinations are RARE from this old Trap Rock quarry and this is an impresssive large specimen. Three nubby, spherical clusters of bright brassy chalcopyrite crystals are aesthetically set on the basalt matrix plate richly and artistically covered with sharp, lustrous and tranlsucent, cream-colored rhombs to 2.5 cm.
