Item Description

An excellent and very aesthetic combination piece from the famous Alimon Mine. A beautiful forest of classic for the locale, water-clear, tapered quartz points is dramatically complimented by the combination sulfides on one end. Sharp, coated, chalcopyrite sphenoids to 2.0 cm are strikingly set atop the impressive, frosted and lustrous, fortification-style galena crystal. The quartz field has periphery wear and the few broken points in the interior are hard to see. The large chalco on the top does have a bit of edge scuffing. This remains a most striking, excellent and aesthetic example of the combination species from this noted locale. Specimens of this quality came out in the mid-1980s.
