Item Description
Super-sharp, lustrous, lightly iridescent chalcocite crystals with a MOST UNUSUAL crystal habit from the famous Dzhezkazgan Mine of Kazakhstan. The two large crystals are 1.0 cm and the crystals are very aesthetically lined up in a row on matrix. Rarely available in this quality and style from this well-known locale. The specimen displays very well without aide. I have not seen another chalcocite of this habit from here, but one thumbnail I ggot in this same collection long ago (from a Russian dealer).
