Item Description

An impressive large and sculptural mass of solid, gray, sub-metallic chalcocite ore from an unknown Arizona locality. We submitted these photos and Bob Trimingham's label to well-known Arizona collector, Les Presmyk, for his evaluation. "The mines in Arizona this could have come from include Bisbee (Campbell, Cole, or Dallas Mines) and Superior (Magma Mine). It could be from either place." A large, rich and rare chalcocite ore specimen from these famous Arizona locales. Mass is 768 grams. A must for the locality or species collector. RARE
