Item Description

Exceptionally sharp, moderately lustrous, charcoal-gray chalcocite crystals to 2.0 cm form an aesthetic and excellent plate from this famous Cornwall mine. The crystals have very nifty light iridescence. Undoubtably an old-timer, but no proof. Ex A.K. Borland Collection, a prominent mid-20th Century English collector and Dr. Ed David Collecions. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock. Fairly valued at $12-1500. Excellent, old and very rare material in this quality from this locale.
