Item Description

This is a classic Oregon "Thunder Egg" agate with a beautiful pattern within, massing in at 1.5 kilos! The museum has an extensive backstock not on display of Oregon lapidary material, and probably Thunder Eggs (a form of banded jasper) are most important among those items. This one has a particularly dramatic center.
