Chabazite w/ Heulandite (classic locale)

Item Description

This rich, colorful and showy miniature plate is covered with sharp pseudorhombohedral chabazite crystals to 1.1 cm. The tightly intergrown highly lustrous, translucent, burnt-orange crystals are nicely accented with a cluster of small pearlescent heulandites at the top. This famous Nova Scotia basalt zeolite locale has produced some of the world's finest examples of Chabazite and this is an excellent example. Fine form and rich color on this classic specimen.
