Phacolite is the uncommon lens-shaped variety of chabazite due to twinning/multiple twinning of rhombohedrons. This rare specimen features glassy, amber phacolite crystals filling and lining numerous vugs in th basaltic matrix. It hails from the much less well-known Craigahullia Quarry on Northern Ireland. Ex Richard Barstow Collection. STRONG orange fluorescence.
