Chabazite-Ca with Datolite and Heulandite

Considered to be the largest Chabazite ever found in the US, this extraordinary 3.6 cm crystal sits perfectly right in the middle of this large cabinet plate. Accompanying this large single are numerous, smaller, flesh-colored Chabazites, and they all rest on a bed of gemmy, light green Datolites. This museum-quality specimen was collected in 1963 by Ed Frey, and after that it resided in the famous New Jersey collection of Richard Kosnar. Great importance and excellent aesthetics.
