Item Description
Gem-like, colorless cerussite crystals are festooned on three sides of the 3-dimensional matrix on this very fine, rich and showy old-timer from the Bob Trimingham Collection. The glassy cerussites are either simple crystals or cyclic-twins. The beautiful heart twin (largest crystal) is 1.2 cm. The label on the back, with a 1963 date, says that the sparkly green microcrystals richly covering the front are Pb-rich conichalcite, described in 1959 as parabayldonite. If so, this is a RARE and excellent Tsumeb combination!
