Item Description
This an excellent and quite substantial Cerussite from the classic locality of Touissit, Morocco. A closed, highly-desirable heart-twin, it is has good, satiny luster and an attractive cream color. As expected, especially for a crystal this size, there is a small amount of very trivial wear on some of the edges, but it has no effect on the very good aesthetics. The actual tip (at bottom as we would show it or mount it for display) is hollow, which is also common for this uncommon habit. Well-formed and classic, this fine piece was probably found in the 1960s. Superb twin classic crystal. These usually are seen at shows, IF you can find one, for $4-5k or more.
