Item Description
Reticulated Cerussite from Tsumeb is one of the most classic and highly sought after species on the planet. These specimens are no longer being mined, and they have some of the most distinctive and attractive forms of any mineral. This piece features a sharp, semi-lustrous, translucent, white/colorless group of reticulated Cerussite forming a beautiful "snowflake" form, which is sitting on a small amount of matrix. A very attractive miniature specimen, and decent quality for the size, despite a bit of roughness. Tsumeb specimens are rising in value by the minute it seems, and I had this piece competitively priced at $700 in the inventory, so I'm sure it will end up being a great bargain for one fortunate bidder.
