Item Description

Glassy, translucent, grayish-yellow, sixling cerussite crystals to 2.4 are attractively festooned on the large matrix. The salmon-pink baryte blades nicely accent this showy and classic combination from famous Mibladen. The cerussites have interesting and unusual etched/dissolutions faces. There are scattered clusters of an earlier generation of sparkly, tiny, cerussite crystals. Nearly pristine. All of the many cerussites are pristine and only a couple of broken baryte blades are noted in the interior. The modest periphery wear is certainly only a minimal detraction. Classic, rich and choice large combination material from the Bob Trimingham Collection and acquired when these came out in 1980. Variable bright straw-yellow cerussite fluorescence. The piece displays well without aid.
