Item Description

Mineral specimens of any species from this obscure locale are very seldom on the market. Double your pleasure with two, distinctly different, adamantine-luster cerussite crystals with fine smoky color. The tall, bullet-like crystal is a doubly terminated cyclic-twin with two sides having fin-like side blades. The bent crystal is also a cyclic-twin with both sides having striking, stepped-growth faces. Ex Sorbonne Museum. Specimens from this locale probably date from the 1920s to perhaps the 1960s. Ex George Elling Collection.
