Item Description
Cerussite from Tsumeb is one of the most classic, and more difficutl to obtain species in fine specimen. This piece features GEM/gemmy white/colorless sharp, lustrous, cyclic twinned crystals of Cerussite on matrix. A very attractive large miniature / small cabinet specimen, and pretty good quality for the material, especially from the standpoint of gemminess. Tsumeb specimens are rising in value by the minute it seems. This piece comes from the collection of Richard A. Kosnar, and his catalogue number can be seen on the underside of the specimen. Valued at $600. There is a bit of roughness, but still good for a fragile/brittle species like Cerussite.
