Item Description
Cerussite from Tsumeb is not known for forming large clusters. Usually, we get singles, twins, and maybe some few on matrix or in big clusters that often are not particularly aesthetic. This, however, is a cluster of twins, forming a complex fractal tangle of twined crystals in a cluster, that is complete all around except only at the bottom. It is sparkling from a thousand reflective faces, and complete all around. The clusters, to 3.5 cm, are all composed of reticulated, complexly twinned crystals, perched and intergrown with one another! It is a riveting piece in person, and good from any side. The small black spot you see is a bit of ingrown matrix of sulfide ore.
