When it comes to Cerussite specimens, some of the finest examples of the species are those from the prolific Tsumeb Mine. These amazing and highly quality Cerussites are beloved for their fantastic size, quality and crystallization. There are few places in the world that can compete with Tsumeb Cerussites both in quantity and quality. They are certainly among the most sought after and beloved Cerussites in the world. This piece is a wonderful, robust , thick crystallized specimen comprising translucent, soft golden colored crystals of Cerussite forming a classic reticulated twinned "snowflake"-esque specimen free of matrix. The piece is in excellent condition on the display side, with no major damage that I can find. A wonderful old time specimen from the world's most famous locality dating back at least 50 years.
