Item Description
A very fine quality Cerussite from Touissit featuring a complex of tabular, elongated crystals. Typically, the Cerussites from this locality are either tan/golden colored stout heart-shaped twins which are almost never gemmy, or elongated prismatic crystals such as these. The complexity of the growth is no doubt in part due to some internal twinning, and the luster is quite good. It is better in person than the photos might indicate. The preferential fluorescence of the central crystal adds a dramatic bonus to this excellent small-cabinet specimen.
