Item Description
Extremely rare, and quite exceptioanl, pearly, silver-blue Celestite. The luster is incredible, and the aethetics have to be seen to be believed. The surface is so pearly that it looks like the finest Lepidolite you could imagine, just in a different color. Rarely will you find Celestite with this particular habit (fine blades rotated through spheres), combined with a superb Calcite rhomb. The largest sphere of Celestite is 1.3 cm across, and it sits incredibly well on top of the piece, as if positioned there intenionally. The reverse side has a very sharp, gemmy Calcite rhomb .7 cm in size.
