A hefty and majestic group of very sharp, lustrous and gemmy colorless prisms of Celestine which are studded with rich yellow colored native Sulfur from this famous locality which operated from the 1800s until 1987. A little bit of damage can be seen here and there, but the piece has many undamaged crystals. Classic material from Sicily, and rarely available these days on the market, especially with such good quality Celestine crystals.
